I love the dies in the Sweetest Time Bundle and for a minute I thought I was only going to buy the dies, but of course I had to buy the bundle to save 10%.
I love seeing stamp and die bundles that are very relatable to Australia, although I love all the snowflakes that come out around Christmas, in Australia we have a hot Christmas so snowflakes are not really appropriate. Candles and Candy Canes are very Christmas and great for Australian Christmas cards.
The dies make this card so quick and easy. I’ve added a few of the stamps in the corners and a sentiment the card is finished. I added the Metallic Mesh Ribbon behind the sentiment to try and highlight it a little more and finished off the sentiment with the Banners Pick a Punch. This makes making a banner so easy. I’ve tried this in the past, trying to make a banner myself and I can never get it even but this does it all for you.
This card looks awesome, but it was a bit of work. You need to use the dies to cut out in three different colours, garden green, shaded spruce and real red. What I ended up doing, was cut them all out and then paper piece them together, but I added a bit of double sided tape to the open areas, so that it was not sticky on the outside, but was sticky where you needed to paper piece back together. In the end you will get two cards from this (but you will need to cut a second lot of berries).
Hope you enjoyed the cards.
