Stampin’ Dreams Blog Hop – Halloween

If you are new or have never heard of a blog hop before it is a group of participants that create a project that may or may not have a theme and they “hop” together. The hopping means that there is a list of names of the other participants at the bottom of this post and you can click on their links and see all the wonderful projects that have been created. This is a great way to see the talent of other crafters that you may not follow already.

This is the first year that I have made Halloween Projects. As an Australian I don’t often focus on these but the stamp sets this year were just to enticing to pass up and so once I have them I have to use them.

I stamped my own background with a few of the stamps in the Banner Year Stamp Set, just randomly until I was happy with the outcome. I then added a black piece of cardstock underneath the ghosts to make them pop a little more. The ghosts are made from the Tulip Punch.
The pumpkins and the bats are stamped and fussy cut and the background has been embossed with Tasteful Textile Embossing Folder.

I finished off with the Metallic Mesh Ribbon and Rhinestones.

    1. Thank you so much. I couldn’t find any DSP that was what I wanted so I made my own with the stamps. It’s so much fun and not something I do enough of.

  1. Now that is spooky…We both have the name Vicki/Vickie and we both used the Tulip Punch to make our ghosts….Great minds think alike….Thanks for joining the hop this month
