I’m excited to be participating in Stamp ‘N Hop Blog Hop again this month, which we are focusing on showcasing our favourite designer series paper.
If you’ve already been hopping you would have come from Alison’s project, which was great, but if you’ve just started at my post welcome I’m so glad you could join in the fun today. I hope you continue along with the hop and see all the other great projects from the Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators.
The Pampered Pets Suite was a must have for me as soon as I saw it. To be honest I was a little disappointed it was available to demonstrators in the pre-order. As a demonstrator we are able to order products early to give us the ability to use them and prepare projects so once they are live we have loads of items to display. This was not one of the suites, but I’ve been able to play with it lots since the catalogue launched and I have loved it, I’m nearly through my first full pack of the DSP already.
I’ve teamed this one up with the Dainty Diamonds embossing folder and to give it a bit of shimmer, I did try and use a dauber to rub some Champaign Shimmer Paint over it, I’m not sure this shows up to well in the in the photos though.
This DSP is so cute, and although I am more of a dog person than a cat, the cat pictures are so awesome I just had to make cards with them too.
I made another peek a boo card and the instructions for this card can be found here:
I did pull out a retired set for the paw print though.
I’m planning on making up a whole heap of the single layer cards and delivering them to my vet. We had a vey hard time earlier in the year when the decision came to have to say goodbye to my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Suna and they were just awesome so as soon as I saw this suite I knew that is what I would make with them. Now it is just about finding the time to do that along with all the other things we have going on.
Once again, thank you for visiting my blog today & that you have found inspiration to create your own project. Please click on the Next Arrow to hop along and see Karen’s project. Don’t forget when visiting to leave them a little love.
