I know we all have so many pieces of 12 x 12 DSP stored away but this project is the Quickest mini-album ever and uses only 4 sheets that are double-sided.
I actually struggled to find 12 x 12 DSP from Stampin’ Up! that I could use for this project. I have been so focussed this year and using all the DSP that I purchase, that the majority of what I have left in my stash is either 6 x 6 or scraps from other projects. That is always a good problem to have because it does mean I can buy some more but when I had a great idea for my Facebook Live it was difficult to find enough paper in a few hours.
I managed to find some of the Brightly Gleaming DSP that I could use.
This is the link to the Facebook Live video and it is a super short video because I was still a little unwell, but also because the project comes together so easily.
You can decorate this however, you like. You can see from the photos of some previous albums that I have made you can use stamps sets and embellishments, or even the Memories and More cards.
Brightly Gleaming Album (yet to be finished)
I am yet to finish decorating this but thinking of using the copper embellishments along with a number of the punched out ornaments. I am waiting on another pack of DSP to arrive so that I can decorate some photo matts as well but this paper has been so popular that it is currently on backorder and hence why I have been unable to finish the album.
Free as a Bird Album
This album I have decorated it using some retired washi tape and ribbon, along with the embellishments which I made weeks ago and had a few leftover. You can go as overboard as you like, however, given this is only DSP I would not suggest using metal embellishments as they are too heavy and you don’t want to have anything too bulky to bend or damage the pages.
Sail Away Album
This album came together even quicker because the photo matts and embellishments are already done for you with the Memories and More packs.
Interested in any of the products used??
