I had my Expressions in Ink DSP Online Class a few weeks ago. Whilst I don’t show the cards I create in class as this is not fair to those that have paid for the class I decided this paper was so pretty and I wanted to whip up some quick easy alternative cards that the class participants can replicate and use that more of the paper.
I wanted to use the emphera pieces and gold embossing to show additional samples using the products my class attendees received in their kits.
I combined two additional sentiment stamp sets to show the versatility of the paper.
When stamping the sentiment you need to stamp the birthday first, dry with a heat tool, then rub over everything with an embossing buddy to remove any static then heat emboss the happy.
I think the polished pink is my favourite piece.
Often when prepping for classes I end up with some labels left over that I just keep in a small bucket on my desk. I decided to use up those labels today when making these cards, which made them so quick and easy.
I’ve used the shimmer vellum which add as a nice bit of sparkle. The frame pieces are held on by the Gilded Gems and an additional glue dot added under them.
Hope you enjoyed the cards.
Once again, thank you for visiting my blog today & that you have found inspiration to create your own project.
