As soon as I saw the new mini catalogue and saw the Hearts and Kisses bundle I knew I wanted it and had to do something for Valentine’s Day using it. I even sourced lip shaped chocolates especially for this but until last week had no idea what I was going to do.
I got the original idea from BJ Peters when I was scrolling through Pinterest but I’ve had to change the measurements and I wanted to ensure that the Sweet Little Valentines Cards and More would fit.

I was pretty impressed with how these turned out, especially with the changes I had to make once my original thought did not turn out quite as I had hoped.
The difficulty came about because the co-ordinating punch in this bundle has the lips as well as the heart on the same punch. This was a little tricky to overcome, but if you can check out my tips on the video above.
This speciality paper is pretty and I didn’t want to add too much detail to this one as I didn’t want to take away from the paper.
I used the Dark Real Red Blend to add some pops of colour to this paper to help co-ordinate it with the cardstock and the chocolate lips.
Hope you enjoyed the projects.
